Recipe I came across an old cook book with a Mars Bar Slice recipe that Michelle hand wrote for me back at kmart many years ago. Here it is: 3 mars bars 3 cups rice bubbles Enough butter to stick 300 g chocolate Melt mars bars and butter, add rice bubbles, mix and place in greased tin. Refrigerator until firm. Memories… Hi Sean…just wanted to say hello and make contact with you again..dont know if you remember me..but myself and my partner Ant along with our little boy, Sidney, visited Cath & Tim christmas 2006..we met you and Bunny at Tims parents house christmas day…! Was watching videos last week of our time in Australia and saw Bunny on them..what a beautiful person..we had such a laugh that day.. My reason for writing to you is to say that you never forget special people you meet in your life..and also I lost my brother suddenly in a car accident..the shock was nothing i can describe…over 20 yrs ago now but there’s ‘not a day goes by’ as they say…one thing i was told and i hold so close to my heart is that the passing of time doesn’t make the pain go away..it just makes the pain easier to deal with…how true those words are, believe me.. Come to Life Cycle Classic 2010 Hello Sean and Bunny’s family. I didn’t know Bunny but I read the article in the Courier about your ride in memory of her. It inspired me to ride in the longest ride I’ve ever done in my life (tho my bike has a small electric motor which helped on the hills!) I also raised $180 in sponsorship for the Cancer Research Centre, in the hope of finding a cure soon. I am a breast cancer survivor, having my encounter with it at 32, so I know what it’s like to be a young woman hit by that news. thinking of you Hi Sean, I haven’t seen you since you were a little boy living in Elizabethton, Tenn all those years ago. I was just thinking of you and Matt and Meagan this morning as my little Hawaii boys were squealing with glee at the first winter snow this morning, and I remembered a similar scene when you and your siblings saw the first snow in Tennessee. I had lost contact with your Mom and Dad and just recently reconnected on facebook. I’m so sorry to hear about your wife. We just went through breast cancer with Dick’s brothers wife, she is only 38, and it is a very agressive type as well. I pray every day that they find a cure for cancer. I’m amazed at how much all of the grandkids look so much like I remember you and your siblings, I know your parents must love each and every one of them to bits! Roses Hi Sean Not sure if the picture of the rose is one of the Roses Roger & I gave to Bunny The name of the plant was Golden Bunny and we thought that the roses would reflect who Bunny is Golden beautiful and give great enjoyment and don’t smell too bad either. Not here but not gone… Melissa and I went to the movies the other night, boy, what a sad movie.. though we could have seen the funniest film ever and we still would have ended up with soggy faces! This was our first trip out without our friend, we thought…. but after having dinner Melissa and i went up to the counter to pay and as i handed over payment the beautiful fragrance of gardenia wafted up and as i looked down , there on the counter was a single gardenia in a glass. Kindred Spirits Sean, we couldn’t agree more with regard to Rhys and Eden’s friendship being a gift from Bun. Shane and I commented on it a number of times as the two of them were inseperable at the beach. Their constant smiling, laughter, whispering and contentment just to be together reminded me of so many special shared moments that Bun and I had also. She is everywhere for me, although she didn’t love camping, she never failed to visit us at the foreshore every year, sitting under the shade shelter, wrapped up in towels (reaching for the eskie!). She gave us the beach chairs that we use every day as a christmas present one year, her name appeared on the scorepads in our games that are kept in the caravan and only appear once a year, we drank from the strawberry glasses (also kept in the van) that she loved so much and threatened to steal every year. My best friend didn’t just pop in this year – she was with us the whole time. I’m sure she was with you at Philip Island too, she’s going to be one b

I was shocked by the news and I can still remember the day she told me her wedding day to you. She will be sorely missed. Thinking of you…… Hi Sean, Tim and I need to say that Bunny truly was an amazing women(you already know that).. This was proved by having had a wonderful farwell on Tuesday the 9th of Jan. I said to Tim “there is no way that I would have that many people at my funeral” so I asked him to please call rent a crowd!! It just goes to show just how many people Bunny did touch in her life and there were many more that could not be there due to being else where in the world.. The wirld lost one of it’s brightest shining lights on Boxing day. I knew Bunny for 6 or so years. You could never walk away from a chat with Bunny without a smile on your face. We chatted about Babra and ABBA and all good things in this world. We gossiped we giggled and when I was lost she was an ear. I can’t help but sit here and wonder why such an angel was taken. for Sean Hi Sean, I am one of Cindy’s close friends from her Mother’s group, and I had the enjoyment of meeting Michelle on several occassions (as a part of Cindy’s ‘girl gang’!). Cindy has shared with me, on a few occasions, the special relationship you and Michelle have had with Archer (and no doubt, with Julia too). When I joined the company in 2001, Bunny instantly welcomed me and made me feel part of the team – that was how Bunny was. Wicked humour, infectious smile and the biggest heart. Over the years I worked there we shared many laughs, girlie chats and a few nights out on the tiles. What I loved and admired about Bunny was her sense of self – she knew who she was, what she wanted and what she believed in – and from that she never wavered. I will miss her very much, haven’t been at MPL for a while but she is definately a person I have fond memories of from my 5 years there. Thanks Am sitting in the hotel room in Queenstown and just sorted the internet. The first thing I wanted to do was check up on Michelle. I am sorry to hear that she has passed away but I know she is at peace. I only worked with Michelle for a few months but she made everyday that much more worthwhile. Bunny’s passing We just received John & Libby’s Christmas letter yesterday evening (12-26-08) and learned of Bunny’s struggle. Pulling up the site this morning, we are stunned and deeply saddened to see she lost her battle with cancer. Just had to let you know that I bought my second GUESS bag at the GUESS shop in Chaddie. It’s the latest range that came out last Friday. It’s black and I know you say to always have a matching purse but it didn’t come with one, so I chose a brilliant red one instead. Looks great. Sean, it was good to catch up with you yesterday and on reflection it made me think about showing courage and and mental toughness. I’m not real good with words but see if you understand what i mean.When i think of these things gernerally i think of football players for example, Jonathon Brown running back with the flight of the ball with the full forward and fullback coming the other way but he keeps his eyes on it and takes the mark, thats courage. Or the poor bugger who had to stand in the spot in front of plugger, thats courage. hi bun last night i had a sleepover at ryans house he is 8. Today we played skirmish it was funny. I wish we could visit you but not ava she was naughty when we visited pop in hospidal. she would have to stay with someone else. Mummy said we might have jerms under our finger nails they can make you more sick so when you come home i will clean my fingers in the bath before we visit you and sean and jade and rhysy. do you rember when we went to a restorant and put bits of food in the hot water that was fun. Nan & Pop Hey darling girl, just got back from Nan and Pop’s, Pop’s home from hospital today and enjoying Nan’s cooking much more than hospital food. ongoing support Hi Sean and Michelle, I thought it was time to tell on Michelle, just to remind people who may not know, exactly how strong she really is. Sean I was fortunate to interview Michelle some 7 years ago for a job. While we were very impressed with her and had already decided to give her the position it was only after I found out she had experienced her car being run into and written off straight after the interview and he plight leading into the interview (read Ansett) that I had a glimpse into how much she will fight for what she what. It was later when she was determined that you were the right person for her that I really saw her determination and fight for what she felt was correct that you would appreciate there was no alternative for you. You where both destined for each other, and the last few week have confirmed it, Sean you have mu utmost appreciation of your strength and determination to support Bunny. An update from Telco! Hi Bunny!
